You can unhide the Forecasted Quantity in the Inventory --> Reporting --> Stock report:

Then, via the Inventory --> Reporting --> Moves Analysis report, you can switch to List View and filter for moves that are "not done" to see the individual orders making up that 40 and how many have been reserved so far (15):
